Refund policy

We want you to love your Trubel Kid pieces!

If something doesn't work out, we gladly accept returns for store credit under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage cannot be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued via email and can be used anytime on our website. 

Please Note:

• Store credit only- we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
