Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS & UPS depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Trubel Kid is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Trubel Kid is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting the carrier directly

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
